 Duties
To monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment. You will have exposure to blood and needles.

Relationships
Building long-term relationships with your patients who are receiving treatment on average 3 times/week.

Team Work on a cross functional team of doctors,  nurses, technicians, dietitians, social workers and Clinic Managers.

Schedule Shifts can begin as early as 4:30 am and can vary based on patient needs. Your expected shift will be shared during the interview process

The Patient Care Technician - PC learns dialysis procedures under direct supervision. They gain the skills to care for dialysis patients with guidance from experienced staff, nurses, or physicians.
