Nicole discovered her passion for healthcare while interning at a local hospital. She pursued her studies and completed her Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Austin Peay State University in May 2020. She was selected as one of the twenty-five students to participate in APSU's first-ever accredited Masters in Healthcare Administration Program and graduated with Honors in December 2022. Nicole has been working in the healthcare industry for four years now and has been with Innovative Renal for almost two years. She enjoys her role as she has been able to progress in her career.
