Daaimah is a dedicated Human Resources Representative who has joined IRC with 8 years of experience. She specializes in supporting organizations through effective employee relations, credentialing, onboarding, and benefits administration. With a people-first approach to HR, she ensures compliance with company policies while prioritizing employee satisfaction at all levels of the organization. Daaimah is currently working towards her SHRM certification, which she plans to complete by June 2025. She is passionate about helping teams grow, navigate change, and create inclusive and supportive work environments where individuals can thrive.
